ONLINE PAYMENT OPTION

Our online payment option is through PAYPAL. If you have a PAYPAL account, you will be asked to enter your username and password to proceed to payment. A PAYPAL account is not a requirement. Contact us if you have any questions.

DOWNLOAD PAYMENT OPTION

If you do not want to pay using our ONLINE option, you may download the entry form, fill it in and fax or mail it to us. If you wish to pay by credit or debit card you will need to download the CREDIT CARD AUTHORITY form as well.
